  The location of this B&B is exclusive as it is a few steps away from Holland Park tube station while there's a nice footpath right next to the hotel that takes you straight to Holland Park. The rooms on the 3rd floor - superior singles - really were superior and great value. I would certainly stay there again. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.
