We booked this hotel for our wedding night and arrived quite late to
find the lift broken. My (new) wife is pregnant and the staff were
wonderful. They were really concerned, carried our bags up, upgraded us
to another room on a lower floor so that we had less stairs to climb and

The Service was excellent, great staff. - Jag har ingenting att klaga på utan allt var perfekt. Bodde dock inte ut mot Shaftesbury Avenu så stördes inte alls av trafiken som vissa andra klagat på här, men kan rekomendera det varmt, perfekt läge, nära till allt, verkligen allt!!!!!

perfect-we stayed there for our 1st Wedding anniversary, they upgraded our room, flowers that were ordered were in the room. Everything, it was ecxellent esp view from my room. The staff where very friendly and helpful with everything we required. - The hotel staff were extremely helpful. One member of the reception staff in particular (male - did not catch his name) was very helpful and very welcoming.

We loved the location, the decor, the amenities, the charm, the staff
(especially Martin), and the toiletries.
We especially appreciated that they had shower facilities for us to use since we arrived several hours before our room would be ready. This allowed us to freshen up from a long train ride and enjoy the rest of the day.

Fabulous restaurant next door that allows for charging meals to your room. -
I arrived early to book in 13-30hrs instead of 1500hrs as they stated on the confirmation , my room wasent ready but instead of making me wait they upgraded me to a room that had been serviced at no extra charge , the room was fantastic and kitted out with every imaginable extra you could ever wish for , I was totally delighted.
