  We were upgraded free of charge, the room was beautiful, the staff really helpful and pleaseant and we ordered room service. The food was lovely. The Hope Street Hotle is quiet but just 10 mins from the city centre I would recommend this wholeheartedly - The staff were excellent. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming andhelpful.   Excellent accomodation in the prenthouse 6 ladies enjoying a 40th birthday night out in the city in house hair & beauty and champagne package...driver also picked us up from the station . we will be booking again for the grand national race meeting - my 40th birthday was amasing excellent accomodation great views of the city and great hospitality
