  We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us. The free water, starbucks coffee and lovely toiletries were an added bonus. Choice of pillows alos excellent and superb beds for comfort. It has a lovely relaxing and welcoming feeling to the hotel. The staff are very well trained and always pleasent and helpful. The bar of the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is very popular which I have found in other hotels we have stopped in, not to be the case.

  The service from each and every member of staff I spoken with was impeccable along with a real friendliness and happy attitude.   Hotel Rafayel is a class act, it is grand design that mixes latest technology without being over bearing, and architecturally this is one of the finest hotels for the quality and the price I paid for. I took a suite and 223 is one great suite, it is huge and the facilities are immense. Five star hotel - I was very concerned as I had read few reviews about the location. I think location vise it on one of the best find, few minutes from my favorite haunt Blue Bird on the Kings Road. Locations is more than offset by unimaginable luxury of the rooms and the size of the corridors, immense public areas for a small hotel likes this added character and class to our entire stay. Very few hotels attract me to stay two evenings in a row for food and spa, this definitely did, will stay in future.

  The hotel was clean and stylish with nice finishing touches such as the free soft drinks in the mini bar, ipod dock and speakers in the bathroom. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on the food but we did have drinks in the bar and cannot fault the staff, they were friendly and helpful, even giving us a free bottle of house champagne ... vad folk säger » because it was our anniversary (and we'd spent quite a bit on champagne in there already!).   Helgen var underbar. Personalen var så trevlig! Rum 21 var en upplevelse.... jag bor gärna i det rummet igen ;) - The Shaftesbury Kensington var ett mycket trevligt hotell. Hotellet har ett bra läge på en lugn bakgata och det är bara 150 meter till tunnelbanestationen Earl's Court (4 stopp till centrum och man slipper till Heathrow på samma linje).... vad folk säger » Det var många som klagade över att rummen var små bland kundrecensionerna men så upplevde inte vi fallet.
