  Everything is great. The high ceiling apartment, comfortable beds, thorough cleaning, shining towels and linens, very friendly staff and ofcourse location. Few minutes to South Ken. tube station, walking distance to Knightsbridge shops, V&A museum and Royal Albert Hall.   The staff were plentiful and so accommodating. The girls at the front desk helped me with directions and theatre ideas and warm conversation. I never felt like I was traveling alone. The lounge area was wonderful for relaxing at the end of the day. The location was magnificent. The fruit and complimentary water were nice.
