  The staff was very nice. From the email I had sent before requesting a quiet room with the wifi (was in London for an exam) to the minute I arrived. Arran (I think that was his name) was so friendly and nice. The room was a double bed, it wa a small room. But I've stayed in a few London hotels and that's the normal. The bed was actually super com... vad folk säger » fortable and the pillows were lovely! I'm not sure we're they memory foam but they were very comfortable. The shower was lovely with loads of hot wate - The location is very strategic and highly accessible to anywhere, everywhere via the Underground Tube which is about 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. There are also couple of restaurants between the tube and the hotel which we could catch a bite or have our meals while on the way back to the hotel. The hotel room is cosy and clean. Breakfast was good with a fairly reasonable spread of food. The staffs were great and makes me feel at ease, as if I was at home. Highly recommended :)

  Everything, especially dinner in the Mirrors Restaurant, which was fantastic! The location was excellent, literally 2 minutes walk from St Pancras Station, staff were great, room was great, very clean and comfortable. The panoramic view of the London skyline from our 12th floor room was stunning.   The hotel was spotless, staff very attentive and polite. Food was also of a high standard in the blue boar restaurant. We went for my 50th birthday and they upgraded the room and also laid on complimentary fruit, chocolates and a bottle of champagne. Much appreciated and went down well.   Excellant hotel, location and staff. We did have a problem with bed the first night (headboard dislodged) and the next day they moved us to better room and gave us a discount for that night. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. - Excellent location for the main tourist sites in London

  We stayed at ABC HOTEL for 4 nights in SEPTEMBER and were quite impressed with this small hotel. It has been updated and staff were very helpful. The rooms don't have air conditioning, but they do have fans. We stayed in #10 which is in the back of the hotel and very quite. The hotel is within walking distance of the Paddington tube station and train station (which has Heathrow Exp - I have used several times to Heathrow Airport before and after use. In the difficult London, this hotel is a high satisfaction to find a good hotel an affordable price. 5 minutes from Paddington Station, the room is not too narrow, corresponding pleasant shower room, staff, and continental Breakfast with normal, there is no particular complaints. Number of rooms is not many, probably because of the convenient location, that the system does not suit a lot throughout the year, I recommend reserva

  The room was cleam and not as small as one would expect in Central London. There was hot water and loads of pressure in the shower, unlike in so many hotels we've stayed in London before! Friendly staff, really good value for money for a hotel so close to Oxford St and Hyde Park. I stayed with my Mum and two teenage children in a room with 4 single beds and small en suite. The room was spacious enough for us, 2 large windows which opened fully for fresh air. All in all an excellent value hotel great to use as a base to explore London.

  This is the second time we have stayed at The Sanctuary House and was again fantastic, if not better. We stayed in an executive room so got a four post king size bed that you can get lost in and would recommend paying the little extra for the executive rooms. Clean, quiet and functional unit with every thing you need very close nearby. Red Lion St has a good mix of cafes, pubs and other services. An early check in after a long flight was greatly appreciated. Tip: hire a bike from nearby and take an early morning ride around central London.
