  Everything is just perfect from the moment you step through the door. The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and complimentary birthday patiserries. The bed was the most comfortable ... vad folk säger » we have ever slept in and the pillows were just heaven. The bathroom was excellent and the Penhalligon toiletries a real treat. If you are looking for - Class, sophistication and elegance. The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The Artesian Bar makes the best cocktails in the world. The food at Roux (2 x Michellin Stars) is superb. Afternoon tea in the Palm Court is an absolute must. Gym, sauna, steam room, pool and spa pool are all very well equipped. The hotel is immaculate from top to bottom. The location.

  We searched long and hard online to find a good, affordable hotel in central London. This one is it (along with the Nadler, a few streets east). Our room was much larger than expected and very modern.   location and the basket of apples at the desk... staff was very helpful Price and location in central London was excellent - the hotel is very central just off oxford street the staff were very helpfull and the rooms were very comfortble and came with a hairdryer iron and ironing board i will use it again

  This was absolutely the most comfortable bed either of us has ever slept in. Seriously, it was the greatest bed of all time. We loved the wet room shower! Very cool. Our room was very quiet, we didn't hear a peep the whole stay and we even slept with the windows open. The decor is fabulous as well.   Conciergerna på hotellet var bra och hjälpsamma - I liked the beautiful room and comfortable beds - pillows to die for! The breakfast in the morning at Maze Grill was the absolutely lovely. The staff were all very friendly and polite. - kind stuff, valued price, love everything in Marriot

  The whole place was amazing, you definatley get the wow affect from walking through the front door to reception. The room was fantastic, spacious and clean. The staff and room service were very polite and on time and didnt leave you waiting. Would definately reccommend. - The Experience
