  We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch.   We have to echo everything that 'Adrian from Shanghai' has said about this excellent hotel. From the moment we entered the foyer to book in at the desk we were greeted by friendly helpful staff. Our room was spotless and surprisingly quiet for central London, and the air conditioning on such a hot day was very welcome.   Excellant hotel, location and staff. We did have a problem with bed the first night (headboard dislodged) and the next day they moved us to better room and gave us a discount for that night. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. - Excellent location for the main tourist sites in London
