  I stayed in a single and double room on 2 separate occasions which were both fantastic. I appreciated the extra touches in the rooms (generous coffee, tea, biscuits, good LAN connection). Beautiful bathrooms, tasty and generous breakfast. Best thing of all - the price was reasonable. Although the bus stop to Hammersmith Bus Station is right outsid... vad folk säger » e the Hotel and Osterley Tube Station about 10 mins walk away and it takes quite a while to get to and from the Hotel, I'm sure this is what makes it - Good location for Heathrow and early morning flight. Although there weren't a lot of parking spaces we found a space immediately so didn't have to worry about driving off to find one. Good soundproofing as it was on the flightpath of arrivals. Very comfortable. We needed a comfortable hotel near to Heathrow to spend our last night with our youngest Daughter who was travelling to the USA to go to university this Hotel ticked all the boxes.

  Not only was the restaurant food very reasonably priced the quality was outstanding and the menu choice was just right.   The staff was welcoming and very efficient. The room was very clean and well designed with all the conveniences you would expect in an upmarket city hotel. The bathroom was excellent with the best shower I had in Europe! I was there for one night only, for the convenience of being close to Heathrow. It was an excellent choice. I would definitely stay there again.

  This is a good hotel for an overnight stay if you're flying in/out of Heathrow. It's a bit of a hike from the tube stop to the hotel if you're walking. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good. It's definitely a no frills place, though. - close to the tube station
