  The staff was welcoming and very efficient. The room was very clean and well designed with all the conveniences you would expect in an upmarket city hotel. The bathroom was excellent with the best shower I had in Europe! I was there for one night only, for the convenience of being close to Heathrow. It was an excellent choice. What could be better? - The staff was very friendly upon arrival. The Homestay is located a short walk from Hounslow Underground. Close to shops. Room was comfy and had a good night's sleep. The rain shower felt really good, perfect pressure. Free Wi-Fi. They serve breakfast and it smelled really good, but I did not have it there as I was visiting family ate out. I would definitely stay there again.

  I like the fact that check in was effortless, we had just had a long stressful journey and when we got to the hotel everything fell into place.   Have used this hotel many times over the years as a stopover while attending local meetings. As always the room was very clean and well presented. The bed was huge. Check-in and out was very easy and the staff polite and business-like.
