The staff were very polite and informative.
The hotel is petite and cosy.
The rooms are amazing with some great touches and are great to relax in if travelling on business or leisure.
The location is brilliant. It is central but not right in the middle of things and a great location for getting about and seeing Edinburgh. -

Loved the space the apartment had! Was more a house than a mansion! Also the facilities we had, dishwasher,washing machine etc and the fact they left us products to use facilities like dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, rubber gloves. -
It is realy a nice apartment with big rooms and adequate facilities. It's staff are very kind and helpful.

Fantastic apartment in a great location, close to the main bars and shops etc. Someone came and met us at the apartment to show us around, how to use the heating, oven etc. The apartment had 3 bedrooms upstairs with 8 single beds then down a spiral staircase to the huge living space, kitchen and patio doors to an outside decking area. Everything! The location across from Waverley Train Station, the superb set-up of the apartment, the high-speed internet, NetFlix provided free of charge. This place is a gem. If you're not looking for an hotel room, this is the place to go. As of next summer, the new Edinburgh Trams will be rolling in front of this flat. Super experience. -

There is no cooker but a good quality built-in microwave. The bathroom was large and modern and the living/sleeping area was bigger than a standard hotel room.

The flat was provided with clean towels and hair dryers for each room. It even had sky tv. Walking distance to royal mile and the castle. The staff was very attentive and courteous. We arrived and were greeted by Stuart, who was very friendly and courteous during our check-in process.
