  We could not fault this hotel in any way. Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable and the food and service was excellent. A perfect location across from Old Trafford with easy access by bus to the Trafford Centre.   The staff were amazing.They enquired about our comfort/happiness at every opportunity,provided an ironing board and iron with smiles and willingly gave us an emergency safety pin for my daughters blouse( she was in Salford for a university interview) They even wished her luck on the way out.Jim even asked how we were when we were next door having ... vad folk säger » dinner! - I enjoyed the hoyel the staff are very friendly and on the ball when asked for help of directions we were greeted with smiles and helloes on our arrival. Also within walking distance of the MEN arena where I saw the fabulous Neil Diamond in concert - a cracker of a show as always.
