  Fabulous hotel. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Made to feel most welcome indeed. Breakfast exceptional. Cleanliness was first class and rooms are nicely decorated and user friendly with excellent furniture I do not normally write reviews. I would say that executive or standard room are more than sufficient, having asked to look at - Staff were excellent and reception were brilliant, ringing me when my room was available to check in which was 11am, very early. Also as we had come to see the air show they had printed brochures with timetables which were so helpful as we hadn't been before. We were able to leave our bag at the hotel after check out and when we collected it were able to use the facilities and change after being on the beach all day ready for our journey home.   The ease of checkout, the hotel restaurant, the room itself was spacious and well designed. Excellent breakfast and such a lovely place to stay. - Beautiful views over the sea, very pleasant and helpful staff. Location of the hotel was close to all amenities.

  Reception warm and welcoming.Rooms excellent, ours was huge, the ensuite very clean-very impressed at having fresh towels and shower curtain on the first morning, especially as only staying for two nights.   The Spa was amazing and rooms were very clean and tidy the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth. All in all a wonderful weekend, will be going back soon - Accessability to the beach. Use of the facilities - but unfortunately we couldnt get any treatments as they were fully booked

  The hotel was ideally located with easy access to the beach and only a 15 minute walk (5 minute drive) from the local shops and cafes. The apartments offered everything that was needed for a self catering young couple and were spacious, comfortable and a bargain for the price.
