Staff courteous, professional and helpful. Really lovely breakfast.Location of hotel brilliant - Lace market area very interesting andvery good shopping nearby. The Lace Market is one of my favouriteboutique hotels. - Great location in the centre (close to shops and restaurants) yet quiet! We had a super room, thanks for that! Excellent facilities

The Location is perfect just around the corner from the bottom of
Hockley, the apartment was beautiful, lots of lovely designer details
and very stylish finishes, such as leather feature walls, lots of glass
occasional tables, and degner rugs and cushions, felt like a designers
own home! I was visiting from Australia, and they are much nicer than

We arrived early and the staff were really helpful and actually let us in an hour early, it was so close to all of the Shopping Nottingham has to offer, the apartment was really clean, beds were really comfy, excellent place to stay for Nottingham Arena being only a 3 minute walk away, which is initially why we chose it, but would definitely stay there again.... Can't say enough good things about the service.... Thank you!!!

Great suite with 2 tv's and two bathrooms and a view for miles and miles. - The room was lovely - very comfortable and pleasant. Even in a 'cheaper' room we had a nice view over a little courtyard, and the 'expensive' view was available to all in the foyer and hallways of the very well designed hotel! The Swimming pool was nice, the staff was extremely friendly and any inconveniences were met with generous offers and gifts to apologize. The breakfast was amazing and not extremely expensive. Room was clean , hotel was in a great location down side was the price of the drinks in the hotel bar although other bars are very close little dis organised at breakfast had to wait for a seat for ten minutes another couple came Down down and were seated immediately fire alarm was set off at 6.30am and we had to evacuate on a Sunday morning but that couldn't be helped and we did receive a letter of apology overall a good hotel with excellent facilities great location will definately be back
