  Placeringen av första rummet mot en brandtrappa var icke behagande. Men det var inga problem att få ett annat rum med bra läge. Lungt trots centralt läge. - Ett superbra hotell med kanon personal. Vi fick ett jättefint rum med tom tv i badrummet. Kändes lyxigt!

  One of the best places I've ever stayed in; clean, well equipped, comfortable and very close to Aldgate East tube station (in fact I recommend you access it from there and not from Liverpool Street as it's a bit of a trek from there). There were even toiletries in the bathroom and a plate of tea, coffee and biscuits in the kitchen area. Also washing up liquid, tea-towel, bat - Its really important you print out your confirmation. You need the door code to get into the building and safe code to get your room Key.The apartment is really clean, large and the kitchen is handy. The apartment comes with everything you need including shampoo, toothbrush, hairdryer, TV, fridge, kettle, microwave, iron etc. The bed is comfy. The tube is a few minutes walk from the entrance and Tesco express is in the middle which is handy for supplies

  We stayed in the Executive King Room. The room was very nicely decorated. It looked fresh, clean and new. The bed was comfortable and large and the TV was well-placed and worked properly. The bathroom was clean and the bath was large. Unfortunately the water was not very hot from the hot tap.   Staff were friendly on arrival and during our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice a good variety. Nice pool/spa. Good location 10 min walk to Kings Cross tube. NCP car park 5 min walk. - Reasonable sized room; good quality furniture. Very good swimming pool, jacuzzi etc. with good changing facilities & showers.

  This hotel is a gem. Strategically located for the theatre and shopping district we could not have asked for more central. Newly refurbished we booked a small room but beleive me is big enough and has a clever boat like seating area with a desk and all plugs you can need.   A new Hotel, excellent location for our needs, a short walk to Aldgate East tube, the staff so friendly and helpful. We took a short taxi ride to Tower Pier and went on the Thames from Tower Bridge to Westminster.
