  I have stayed at the Manor Hotel for the past 4 years and have always thooughly enjoyed my stay there, the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. the hotel itself has recently had a facelift and been redecorated etc, not that there was anythng wong with the old decoration, rooms are lovely and cosy. Food was delicious and plentiful both at breakfast and when I chose to dine there in the evenings.

  We particularly appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the wonderful service provided - information on Llandudno, ordering taxis, etc. - We were given a choice to upgrade to a spar room for an extra £10. It was worth it for the sea view and the spar bath.

  We had a parking space at the rear of the hotel and Jenny carried the heavy bag up the steps when we arrived; we were even given a choice of rooms which meant that we had one nearest to the car park! The breakfasts were consistently excellent and we were allocated a different table every day so that most guests were able to enjoy the prime positi... vad folk säger » on in the window at least once! This was good value for money accommodation! We went to a different show every night, had a wonderful time shopping - The owners at the Grafton made us feel very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. Jenny greeted us with a very professional but relaxing persona; she was always accommodating with any requests. The rooms was clean and tidy and attended too daily. Breakfast was lovely and Jenny was on hand for any requests. As final word I would definitely go back and stop at the Grafton again.

  The owners are very friendly, the place is warm,cosy and very clean. The breakfast was excellent. We had a nice double room with an efficient shower which had lots of hot water and there was tea coffee and biscuits provided. Nice corner bath too. A few of us dined in the restaurant Sunday. Food very good as was the extensive wine list. The staff and owner were very friendly so will definitely return again.

  A warm welcome given to my group on our arrival.As usual everything was ready for us, we have visited 3 years on the run and have always been happy with the hotel and its owners Frank and Chris. Their staff are pleasent and helpful. The cooked breakfast is highly recommended
