  We booked it as a Valentine treat and thought very highly of if. Good transport links. Overall very cosy and homely. Excellent value for money. Better than a hotel room.

  Comfortable and good size apartment for three, cute and fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, tea and coffee sachets prepared for us. Excellent location, only 5 minutes walk from both Maida Vale and Kilburn Park tube stations. Perfectly clean, nice and refurbed hotel, excellent and kind staff, good facilities.   i stayed there as i was running in the london marathon so i needed comfort,peace and quiet and i was not dissapointed.the staff were very friendly and i was made welcome.will be staying there again next year - Great hotel very clean and quiet.Very friendly staff,good location for central london and train stations.

  For a small hotel the facilities were excellent. I just wanted somewhere for the night to rest after visiting some of London's attractions with my young daughters. Easy to find with a great location near Paddington and Edgeware Road tubes. Staff were very helpful and polite and the room was clean, warm and comfortable.   Location was great. Rick in reception was very helpful, cheerful & friendly. Kitchen staff were very obliging at breakfast which was very nice. The rooms were basic & 'tired' but clean. The beds were very comfy. A no frills hotel. - The staff couldn't do enough, the hotel was clean and the breakfasts were lovely.
