  Vi uppskadde att hotellet var så levande,mysigt och trevligt. Det låg centralt till shopping,tunnelbana och sevärdigheter. Vi fick ett trevligt rum med gott om plats för en extra säng och utsikt mot Baker street. - Very friendly staff.   On arrival we were told that we had been upgraded to a club room in their sister hotel the "Mountcalm" that is located across the road. All the staff where very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and stylishly decorated with a super king sized bed.   We searched long and hard online to find a good, affordable hotel in central London. This one is it (along with the Nadler, a few streets east). Our room was much larger than expected and very modern.   from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments - we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing
