  The staff (2 different employees) went out of their way to support us on independant matters. It was very well appreciated ! We had a 2 bedrooms apartment (including 2 bathrooms) which was perfect in every way - the kitchen was brand new and provided with everything we could hope for on a weekend stay. We were there in the middle of the longest heat wave in current history, unfortunately, this hotel, like most places in London do not have air conditioning. We had three good fans and being on the second floor helped. Lots of space in the 2 bedroom apt.

  it was so close to the tube station and within walking distance to alot of sights, i also liked that there was cooking facilities in the room - Convienient, great kitchen facilities, very cleaver use of space (fold up bed!)

  Reception staff were really lovely, helpful and smiley all the time and all of them! Loved the location so near the Millennium Footbridge...great to stroll across the Thames every morning and an equally great walk from Tate to London Eye/Big Ben or in the other direction to Tower Bridge. Only had to wait for a table once (out of three - The rooms were lovely and clean and have everything we needed and we all got a great nights sleep. The staff were really helpful and it was great to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in time and after. Breakfast was really good too and set us up for our days sight seeing. All in all a lovely, clean, bright and friendly hotel, where the staff were always genuinely happy to help. was also useful to have a Tesco Express right next door.

Requests were dealt with immediately and we even got a tour of the hotel as we were interested in the history and architecture. The location is ideal.   I've just returned from a 3 day trip to London with my mum and we absolutely loved our stay at London Bridge Hotel. The location is fantastic, just round the corner from the tube station and Borough Market. Our room was comfortable and welcoming and very quiet even on a Saturday night. - Room was comfortable.
