Fantastic location, right next to the eye so walking distance to Westminster, Trafalgar Square etc. Good restaurant on site but many places to eat (Italian, sushi, Mediterranean) across a range of prices right opposite hotel, plus a small supermarket. Family room was actually big enough for a family. 3 proper beds (2 singles and a double). 4 mugs in the room and plenty of towels. Comfortable beds with a choice of pillows. The location was fantastic. Easy walking to Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, 10 Downing Street, London Eye. There was a Starbucks across the square which was great for morning coffees and a good Italian restaurant as well. The waterloo underground and train station were close by for all other transport. The rooms were very clean, and the staff very helpful with directions and booking a taxi for our trip to the airport. We had 2 triple rooms on the 10th floor with our daughters

We stayed here whilst my husband ran the London marathon and the
location was perfect! (A minute walk from mile 25!). We only booked a
basic small double, but it was large enough, very clean, the bed was
amazing, the bar very stylish and although we were at the back of the
hotel....which may be for the more basic rooms (and our view was of

Club Quarters is a brilliant choice to make if you are in the city for a
short time and want to take in as much as you can. The location is
superb. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. Free WiFi (
worked beautifully ) made our lives easier....charting routes, train
timings, directions etc etc. The staff were very helpful and courteous.
Simply loved the chilled water outlet and the Guest Services cupboard
available for guests . a very thoughtful gesture by the hotel and much

We were very impressed with the facilities. Quite often although a hotel claims to have a gym and pool they rarely offer the sort of quality found at this Novotel. The location was great - Southwark tube is 2 minutes away, St Paul's cathedral is a 15 minute walk and although the location is pretty central, we did not find the area too busy at all.

The rooms were lovely and clean and have everything we needed and we all got a great nights sleep. The staff were really helpful and it was great to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in time and after. Breakfast was really good too and set us up for our days sight seeing. All in all a lovely, clean, bright and friendly hotel, where the staff were always genuinely happy to help. was also useful to have a Tesco Express right next door.

The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful on our arrival and allowed us to check in 3 hours early and parked the car for us. We had just arrived from a business night in the Intercontinental Park Lane and taking away the fancy veneer in the room the City Inn was every bit as good (if not better). - Liked the fact that all the little extras

There was a computer in the room and broadband was free. I wish I had known about the complimentary tea/coffee/cakes which were out of view in a cupbord in the room and I only found out later when booking out.
