  Location is excellent - walking distance from 2 tube stations - Waterloo and Westminster. The area is buzzing with life - as it offers the best views of Big Ben and houses of Parliament and there are 3 main attractions - London Eye, Sea Life and London Dungeons.   Friendly and helpful staff checked us in early to accommodate for our jet lagged one year old. Before they could let us into our room, they kept our bags for us, so we could get acquainted with our surroundings. Easy walking to Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, 10 Downing Street, London Eye. There was a Starbucks across the square which was great for morning coffees and a good Italian restaurant as well. The waterloo underground and train station were close by for all other transport.   Reception staff were really lovely, helpful and smiley all the time and all of them! Loved the location so near the Millennium Footbridge...great to stroll across the Thames every morning and an equally great walk from Tate to London Eye/Big Ben or in the other direction to Tower Bridge.   Wow! Such a friendly group of staff. The staff couldn't have tried any harder - they genuinely were a friendly and helpful bunch - Premier Inn should be very proud of them. Well done!
