  Really friendly helpful staff, good value for money for central London, spacious, well furnished rooms (perhaps distorted because I was given an upgrade), the overall "feel" of the hotel. - we got upgraded to a deluxe room.Staff very friendly.Brilliant location.Room really beautiful.

  The room was agreeably large and tastefully decorated with a modern bathroom. The few members of staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is a 25 minute walk from St Pancreas, and we avoided public transport entirely during our stay. - Lovely big comfortable bed, great location.

  I love the size of the rooms and each time we have been the rooms have been spotlessly clean. The staff are all great - very helpful and polite - especially the lady who checked us in!!   - Friendly, welcoming & accommodating staff. - Quiet room with blackout blinds & a delightfully quiet fridge. - Coffee/team making facilities. - Free use of computer in 'library' (sorry but can't remember if this is what the room was called). - The 'visitor' spaces: lounge areas & library. I was able to leave luggage as I arrived well before check in time and they put it in my room for me. Room was clean and quiet. It was excellent that there was 24hrs free WIFI which was essential for business use
