  The rooms were large, tidy and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and outgoing, which is a rarity nowadays in hotels with this star rating, it was more in keeping with a more expensive hotel or a higher star rating. It was a great location and I will certainly stay here next time I'm in Manchester. - Every thing was excelle... vad folk säger » nt the staff were very very help full and polite. The security at the the hotel made you feel safe, l liked how you had to scan your room key to be able to go into the lift area. Breakfast was very good and there was plenty of choice.

  Everything was great! For such price it was very, very good! The stuff was friedly and helpfull! Thanks a lot! :) - The very friendly and helpful reception staff also the location was perfect!
