  The apartment was well equipped in the kitchen with new and modern appliances and equipment.Crockery,cutlery & glassware was matching and there was plenty of it. Linen was clean and crisp and well supplied. Convenient location. Good transport.

  Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The 24/7 reception and the locking of the doors at night made the place very safe in this particular part of Camden town. Being a student lodge for the most part I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the building was at night and how clean it remained at all times. Suzie (Zuzi) at the reception receives everyone with a great smile and wonderful customer service- she made all the difference in my stay by - I loved my small studio and the kitchen especially. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was great. The managers are all young and very friendly, helped a lot when I had to prolong my stay. The design is calm and I like that every room had a stacked book shelf with all kinds to choose from.   It was just off camden highstreet, with a little supermarket next door and you can come and go as you please - We had terrible noisy rooms in the basement, after a complaint we got a different rooms which were better. The beds were o.k.

Interesting thing about th - We arrived here as a family with young children of 3 and 6 years old. We stayed at this hotel for 1 night only in a Family Apartment which we can recommend to travellers like us. Everything a family with children would need when travelling was present at this apartment. There was enough space, the kitchen was of a good size, very clean and all possible utensils. The staff was polite and understanding. Bathroom was spotlessly clean. We liked there and will come back when we visit London again.
