  We had 9 people, 4 adults and 5 children between the ages of 9 and 15. It was perfect for us. Clean, nice location....5 minute walk to underground and Camden Town Station (Camden Road is only a rail station, not underground). Would stay again without hesitation. The staff at the check in office were very nice, professional and helpful.

  Lovely clean modern studio. Microwave, kettle and toaster. No windows but not a problem for us. Met by a very nice lady and given a number to contact if any problems.( but had none) Gave us advice on transport. Camden Town short walk away and bus stop yards from entrance. Will stay here again when visiting London.

  Staff are v friendly, great location, FAB breakfast!!! As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a smile and the receptionist was very helpful in telling us the info about the hotel, we got to our room and were taken aback by the size of (we stayed in the executive room), lovely air conditioning so you can set the room to whatever temp is best f... vad folk säger » or you.   These Apartments are perfect for a stay in London.The Manager is very obliging,we did realize after our first nights sleep the mattress was worn & the base was broken,I informed Oliver,the Manager, & he was very prompt in addressing the issue, it is clean,tho'probably not sound proof as they say & only laundries available in some apart... vad folk säger » ments,I read that they all had one,so not sure if I am correct or not.Margaret Hagan - The location was very good, very close to the tube and in an area with lots of shops and young people,, since I traveled with my 15 years old daughter it was great for walks after a long day. The apart was cozy,clean and quite confortable with all the necessary for a short stay. The owner was very helpful and friendly, i will be happy to stay there again.

  Members of our group of 6 people were in their eighties, sixties, fifties, twenties and a 3 year old. We liked the space (similar to home) the ability to make meals & snacks and of course a cup of tea. The vancinity was very good. The location allowed us to travel around relatively easily. The agency lady waited for us to make sure we know whats where, she showed the house, advised about the area, etc. its not a super central location, but still, its very nice and alternative, at least the flat in Camden.

  very good location, nearest tube station only minutes away.hotel was very well presented there is ample car parking and it's outside congestion zone. we parked car for over 24 hrs for £14 which although high was better than the thought of driving into london city and trying to find space or using a nearer hotel to our theatre, having to pay the cha... vad folk säger » rge and putting car into multi story. the hotel room was spotless, the food was very good although some items were not availible, the breakfast was ex - Room was on the ground floor. Although it was a room for disabled there was no feeling of being in a room for people with special needs. In fact the room was large, the bed was comfortable and we would stay there again. The heating system didn't work but on mentioning it to reception an electric heater appeared within minutes. Excellent position and we enjoyed the walk up the high street.

  The reception guy we met twice over the two days we were there was a consumate professional yet at the same time, sincere and gave us a lovely warm welcome !! The complimentary water we got while waiting briefly to book in was a very nice touch. The younguns even met Noel Fielding !!! And he was just lovely. The room was clean and very co - The staff was extremely helpful and kind! They upgraded out room, provided us with free wifi, make excellent suggestions about where to eat and what all to do. I can't say enough about the staff and the amazing rooms! They were luxuries an the beds were extremely comfortable! The location was prime as well, close to the Camden market, great resturaunts, and a close metro stop! Loved the stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and use it for future traveling to London!
