  Everything is just perfect from the moment you step through the door. The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and complimentary birthday patiserries. The bed was the most comfortable ... vad folk säger » we have ever slept in and the pillows were just heaven. The bathroom was excellent and the Penhalligon toiletries a real treat. If you are looking for - Class, sophistication and elegance. The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The Artesian Bar makes the best cocktails in the world. The food at Roux (2 x Michellin Stars) is superb. Afternoon tea in the Palm Court is an absolute must. Gym, sauna, steam room, pool and spa pool are all very well equipped. The hotel is immaculate from top to bottom. The location.

  The whole place was amazing, you definatley get the wow affect from walking through the front door to reception. The room was fantastic, spacious and clean. The staff and room service were very polite and on time and didnt leave you waiting. Would definately reccommend. - The Experience

  from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments - we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing

  Employees were so friendly, I loved how friendly and hospitable they were. Location is much better than expected its right next to oxford street and shopping is perfect for that! There's a Sainsbury next to it as well as a phone shop which is perfect for a tourist. Doormen are super nice, and very helpful. I love this hotel and look - The young well trained staff are excellent. The Hotel entrance is amazing, very polite doormen opening doors into the fabulous foyer, probably one of the best entrances in London. The place was very busy with a young clientele. Our room 210 was a good size but did not feel it was the 28mts as was advertised. A large TV with over 100 channels. Good bathroom with huge walk-in shower. Good selection of drinks and a whole drawer of nibbles. Highly recommended.

  We went to London for a weekend, as me and my girlfriend love the city. We especially liked the location - few minutes walk from Farringdon tube/rail station. So we had no problems getting around the city. We booked a studio. It was good overall, however showing signs of wear and tear. As we didn't spend much time in the apartment it was ok for us... vad folk säger » . The bed, the mini-kitchen and everything was in good working condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. - Exceptional quality, Comfortable and Clean. Close to tube 2-3 minutes. Staff very accommodating and provided extra bedding to make use of the extra large sofa. Fully equipped kitchen. Can opener, wine opener, set of 5 high quality knives, induction hob,good quality crockery and cutlery. Atleast 5 taverns/pubs and coffee,snack bars within a minutes walk.
