Room was on the ground floor. Although it was a room for disabled there was no feeling of being in a room for people with special needs. In fact the room was large, the bed was comfortable and we would stay there again. The heating system didn't work but on mentioning it to reception an electric heater appeared within minutes. Excellent position and we enjoyed the walk up the high street.

Perfect location. 5 mins walk from St. Pancreas station. Very safe area. Even though our budget studio was small, around 110 sq ft, we were most impressed that the hotel managed to fit a frig, stove top, an oven, sink, microwave, a small wall hung vaccum and even a separate small freezer on just one side. The price and location. Perfectly efficient in giving you the keys
and your luggage on the last day in case you travel late. Very small
bedrooms without ensuite bathrooms but a nice big communal kitchen
and eating room plus bathrooms and small kitchen at each floor. Vey
convenient and economical to cook your own meals if you want and the
house provide eggs, cheese, milk , ham and fruit juices in an 24h
open access fridge but also little empty fridges for personal items
in each floor.
