  Friendly reception staff. We stayed in triple room which although was quite compact, was lovely and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Adequate supply of drinks. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Fruit juice, cereals and toast. Hot food consists of eggs, beans and mushrooms, no meat. The location was ideal for sight seeing, a 20 minute walk... vad folk säger » to Oxford St, 40 minutes to Buckingham Palace. The hotel is on a quiet part of the road and a good selection of restaurants are only a stroll away. P - The location was great since it was near the Baker tube station. The hotel was spotless, very well maintained, and modern. We had a triple room since my husband and I took my mother for her birthday and it was a little small but very doable since the room had adequate storage. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Breakfast was included. Staff was very friendly. They checked our card at night when we entered to make sure we were guests.

  We got the 1-bedroom apartment. -Very clean and modern (touch screen console controlling room temperature and lighting. Manuals of kitchen appliances can also be accessed from this console. TV already connected to Wifi). -Well-equipped kitchen (Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Convection Microwave, Nespresso coffee maker) -Welcome pack (Fruits, coffee ... vad folk säger » and tea, dishwasher tablets, soap & shampoo) -Good location (Direct buses to Piccadilly Circus and Oxford St., Chancery Lane tube station (Central - Friendly & accommodating staff. Always on hand to help. I was very grateful as I arrived on an early flight (20+ hours) and they arranged a room for me prior to normal check in and also did the same for a late checkout. I loved the Rosebery so much I extended my stay from 1 week to 2 weeks. Close to tube and buses right on your doorstep. Good supermarkets and felt safe at night - lovely neighbourhood - close enough to all the main attractions, but not so busy. Special mention to John (

  The Hotel itself was beautiful and had a very nice cosmopolitan feel to it. The room was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed being able to pop outside into the courtyard. The people couldn't possibly have been nicer and made me feel welcome the second I walked in the door. These personal touches make all the difference, particularly in London (... vad folk säger » where you don't often get that). Location second to none. - The rooms were both lovely but the best thng about the hotel was the staff they were friendly and so helpful they really made our stay comfortable nothing was too much trouble. We left a couple of personal items behind and Sergei located them though house keeping and mailed them on to us. We had cockatails in the bar after dinner out and they were superb and the atmosphere was great.
