  De var exakta och artiga, mycket hjälpsamma - The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They graciously upgraded our room at a very good price. The view over Kensingtown Garden was beautiful. We could even see the London Eye. The Garden rooms are well worth the extra money. The service for breakfast was very good, and the selection was ad... vad folk säger » equate. - Excellent Quality of Service, was upgraded to Executive Room FOC on arrival. Full English Breakfast, while pricey compared to others, was excellent but then this is 5* London so fair value. We chose this hotel based on quality and location for the Royal Albert Hall (5 min walk at most).

  Litet personligt hotel med mycket karaktär. God personlig service och rimligt bra läge. - The staff were excellent and the hotel had a pleasant ambience, particularly like the complementary soft drinks in the lounge - The staff were just so caring.   The staff were plentiful and so accommodating. The girls at the front desk helped me with directions and theatre ideas and warm conversation. I never felt like I was traveling alone. Food is avail - It is a fantastic hotel. The location is perfect, just few blocks from Harrods, Armani, Burberry, Lacoste and many other stores. The English architecture associated to well decorated rooms and an incomparable staff make Egerton our place in London.

  In a word, everything. This trip was booked as a treat for myself and my partner for a weekend in London to see carmen at the Royal Albert Hall (which is comfortable walking distance). Everything about this hotel "made" the weekend, from the minute we stepped through the unassuming entrance, we were pampered. This truly isd (in every sense) a 5** - Although a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge, there is such a friendly and helpful attitude amongst all the staff. The location is excellent, in a beautiful, quiet street, yet 2 minutes from Harrods. The interior design in the guest rooms and public rooms is pure luxury. This hotel is nothing short of perfect.

  We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us. The free water, starbucks coffee and lovely toiletries were an added bonus. Choice of pillows alos excellent and superb beds for comfort. It has a lovely relaxing and welcoming feeling to the hotel. The staff are very well trained and always pleasent and helpful. The bar of the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is very popular which I have found in other hotels we have stopped in, not to be the case.
