  This hotel was lovely. I had read reviews and was a bit worried about what people were saying.. For those of you wanting to book, please take my opinion as it is extremely reasonable. If you want huge rooms, pay more and stay in a five star hotel and stop complaining! Maybe they should lose som - Friendly staff, nice big bed with pure white linen. Lovely clean en suite with piping hot water. Television, coffee and tea making facilities, nice white towels and in a very good location for earls court and olympia (about 15 mins). Breakfast consisted of orange juice, tea coffee, cereals ,cheese ,ham croissant, toast and jam and yogurt. Would definitely stay here again and free wifi!

  The location was good, the price excellent, the staff very good - friendly and helpful. I asked for an extra blanket and got brought an extra duvet without any fuss. They were just very nice and each one I met gets 10 out of 10. I was in a single room and, while not being vast, it had plenty enough space.   The cleanliness of the room and the beds was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, it is a quiet neighbourhood, so you can get enough sleep to gain energy to walk thru busy streets of London and the nearness of the tubes, local pubs, bus stations and supermarkets is really great (about a 5min walk to both stations).   Even though we were booked into the Sapphire, we ended up a few doors down at the 'Pearl' which is their sister Hotel. All rooms in each Hotel are the same according to the Pearl Manager, so that was fine with us. Our room was in the 'sub' area below street level, but still with a window to the outside so wasn't claustrophobic.   Närheten till allt. Det rum jag o min vän låg i var fräscht o stort (har hört att vissa rum är rätt små). Stördes inte alls av trafik el andra gäster. Generellt tycker jag att det var värt att bo där o kan mycket väl tänka mig att bo där igen. - Vi bodde i ett nyreonoverat rum och det var riktigt fräscht.   I booked into this hotel due to its proximity to the Hammersmith Apollo (went to see Josh Widdicombe - great stand-up comedian, fantastic gig!) There are a small row of shops over the road which is handy, and the grove restaurant opposite is lovely too and was offering a discount to London Grove guests while we were there! The bed was big enough not to suffer from the heatwaves and very confortable. Our room had a view on the London Mews, which are very common in the neighborhood.
