  We stayed at the hotel for only one night as we were seeing a concert at wembley, the staff where very friendly and could not do enough to help us in our stay including sorting out our journey to and from our event, the room was very clean , crisp white, bed sheets on our four poster ( very comfy) bed , we were a little late for breakfast but the ... vad folk säger » staff were still very obliging and made sure we had breakfast. I would definatley stay at this hotel and recommend it to our friends. - Staff was very helpful, room was fresh, new, clean and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was very modern. Location, although away from main sightseeing areas, in a good residential area very close to Portobello road. Good value in London.

  It was very convenient to transport the underground was just around the corner the above ground just down the street buses just in front and a 24 cab office almost next door making it easy to get around London the staff was extremely helpful and someone at the desk 24 hours. Would definitely stay again - Free on raod parking at the weekend. Very warm welcome. Reception, bar (we did not eat there) & room all spotlessly clean and well apointed. Great bathroom with lovely shower. Approx 4 mins walk from tube. The Bakerloo Line took us straight into Oxford Circus and then to Wembley later. We paid £60 for a Sat night which was really great value for money and would certainly go back.

  The hotel is about 20 minutes from Hyde Park by bus 16 or 98. Very conveniently located near walking distance to Starbucks and convenience stores. The front desk staff is very helpful and accommodating.   The staff were very friendly - The hotel was so close to the underground. The staff were so friendly and the service i like was great. we got clean towels everyday and and the room was comfortably. great for a short stay in the centre of london at such a good price which even included breakfast of coissant and toast juice and coffee.
