Marvelous homy room decor with a wide selection of channels both English and Arabic (All MBCs, Dubai tv, Qatar, etc) and other languages. Exceptional staff and service. Concierge managed to get us last minute theatre tickets (1 day before the show). Very convenient to have early check-in and late check-out. Espa is wonderful, one of best in London.   This was absolutely the most comfortable bed either of us has ever slept in. Seriously, it was the greatest bed of all time. We loved the wet room shower! Very cool. Our room was very quiet, we didn't hear a peep the whole stay and we even slept with the windows open. The decor is fabulous as well.
