  Lovely boutique hotel in great location on the seafront and close to shopping areas and many bars and restaurants. rooms are very nice and have everything you require. Very nice and friendly staff on both arrival and departure. Also great that you can park the car at the hotel for a daily rate. The hotel has a beautiful decor, our room had an amazing view, and was very specious. It also had a free standing bath next to the windows in the bedroom, 24 room service, which made our stay romantic and relaxing. Great value for money! Will be staying there again.

  We definitely had the best room in the hotel with the best views!! Our room had a large bay window (glass from floor to ceiling) with an amazing view of the sea and the pier! Just what I wanted to wake up to on my Birthday! The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was well equipped with a fridge, hairdryer, tv and coffee/tea making facilitie... vad folk säger » s. The en suite bathroom was clean. The staff were very welcoming on arrival and the owner, who served breakfast the following morning, was very frien - Great location, over looking lovely green and not some dirty old street. Second visit here & would definelty come again. Parking is an issue but were given details of a road that was only a 15min walk away, but for £5 for 24 hour who cares. Good breakfast, good size rooms, perfect for the not so fussy people & perfect value for money. Staff were great, no problems with any requets for taxi booking etc. Very good and will definelty stay here on our next visit to Brighton

  Lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an inland double and the room was clean and bright, and warm on such a cold weekend. Very comfortable bed. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was great (although it is over a bath).   Staff were excellent & helpful.young lady on the Tuesday evening with v short blonde hair asset to the hotel along with the breakfast lady who was there everyday (middle age long hair) was so lovely. We were 2 minutes from the lanes and only a five minute stroll from the sea front & 10 from the pier at the most . - We liked the size of the family rooms. We split the 5 members of the family girls in one room and boys in the other. Breakfast on both mornings was amazing, we never qued or had to ask for something to be replaced. The staff were efficient and very polite. Our family really really enjoyed our stay and will be using the Hotel again when we next visit.

We had a very nice breakfast which was included in the excellent rate.   The hotel made you feel at home, had a very enjoyable stay. Even thou we were only there for two nights we felt that we had had a very relaxing time and felt very refreshed. - The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were of a very good size. We loved the feeling of grandeur and would definitely recommend the hotel to others.
