  Staff was great. Hotel was in a good location close to the Metro. It was a very nice suprise to find this hotel was such a place in considering my first time in London and not knowing the area. - This extremely clean and modern refurbed hotel is ideal for the weekend jaunt or business visit.

A lot of folks are giving it a bad review because the carpet is worn, the room temps aren't climate controlled and, yes, the bathrooms are micro-sized. But I like to sleep cheap, eat well and be in a good part of town. If you don't mind climbing stairs, this is a great place for those who don't want to spend a fortune on lodging in London! Just leave your high expectations

  The apartment was really big especially for somewhere in London for the same price,. It was very cheap for London, rooms only across the road were going for the same price and you got a lot less for your money. The staff replied straight away to all my concerns before arrival and everything was waiting for us as I had asked when we arrived. - It ... vad folk säger » is in an excellent location. We could walk into London or catch the tube if we were feeling tired or had a big day planned and wanted to save our legs. The facilities of having an apartment rather than a room we preferred as importantly you have a washing machine and a small kitchen. Very convenient.

  I read so many badreviews that I was expecting the worst...but I was positively surprised.clean,friendly and efficents workers,the bed was super confortable (I usually have problems sleeping in some other beds) and towels and blankets were super soft!!toilette was ensuite!then the location is super,close to everything you need to see in london!!! ... vad folk säger » - -The hotel was clean and comfortable.   Det var ofta svenktalande personal i receptionen. Det var tillräckligt rent och tillräckligt bekvämt och likaså tillräckligt bra service osv. Hotellfrukosten höll god kvalitet och deras youghurt var otroligt god. Hotellet låg parallellt med Bayswater Road och det var därför ingen störande trafik eftersom huset framför hotellet dämpade ljud. Vårt ru... vad folk säger » m hade två våningar, sovrum däruppe och "vardagsrum" därnere o badrum. Vi hade nära till allt - särskilt Hyde Park - bussar och t-banor. - Läget var perfekt för att ta sig till olika platser genom att gå eller att ta tunnelbanan vid den station som låg nära. Jag tyckte att rummet och matsalen var rena och snygga. Frukosten var alldeles tillräckligt, ett plus att man fick pressa sin egen apelsinjuice.
