  Very nice location literally directly across the street from Hyde Park and 1 minute from a tube stop. It felt like a safe location, even at night. The apartments are comfortable and there is a 24hr front desk that is helpful. I would stay here again but don't expect a late checkout but besides that we were very happy.

  I found the staff very friendly and helpful on reception. Helped with luggage up stairs and very helpful with directions etc. Staff in breakfast room also very friendly and would have made you anything. Breakfast lovely. I had a single room in their adjoining building which was very modern and clean and large enough for a single person. Room was... vad folk säger » cleaned every day. Well equipped with plenty of closet space, mini fridge, tv, hairdryer and plenty of helpful advice on local restaurants, attracti - You get what you pay for. Though this is a small hotel, it is clean and located in a very quiet and safe environment. Breakfast is fairly okay. So far, we did not have any problems regarding theft or any loss of personal properties while staying at the hotel. I think the guests themselves should be responsible to take care of their valuables and not to leave their money or other important things when they go out of the wherever hotel they are staying.   Great hotel! it's a lot of years that i go to London and i never see a hotel like this! All very clearness, up to the britain standard. We can enter in our rooms with magnetic cards key, it is very useful. The rooms are fantastic, all in mahogany wood with a large lcd tv on the wall. We had a remote control and a keyboard plugged to the tv and than... vad folk säger » ks to that we could use internet for 2 £ daily. - Hotel was excellent. Modern rooms, small but well designed and comfortable. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant cafe was first class. Rooms well stocked with necessities and towels etc replaced frequently. Great location, shop to one side, small cheaper cafe to the other. 1 minute walk from Paddington tube station where there is an express tube to Heathrow!
