We stayed in an executive studio and couldn't be more satisfied! The staff were really nice and friendly, the studio was spacious, clean and had everything you could possibly ask for. We traveled to London with my mum in Oct 2013. My first comment is, 10 Pembridge gardens is the cleanest hotel that I ever stayed in London.. Very friendly staff, especially dear Manu Mohan :) hotel is only 200 steps away from Notting Hill gate tube station. Very close to Tesco, Boots and some more cafes. Since the rooms have own kitchen, we cooked everything at home. I must say, all the staff in kitchen were so clean and new.. Congratulations to this hotel for being so good. I will never ever

Full English Breakfast, while pricey compared to others, was excellent but then this is 5* London so fair value. We chose this hotel based on quality and location for the Royal Albert Hall (5 min walk at most).

Butlers - extremely helpful, friendly, & efficient
Rooms - we stayed at the Adria twice during our European travels, for 4 nights at the beginning and 2 nights at the end. The rooms are larger than I expect in London, the bathroom floors are heated, the decor is elegant and understated, the bedding is extremely comfortable.
Location: Kensington is a superb neighborhood, with lots of restaurants nearby, close to Kensington Palace & Hyde Park

The design/decor of room and common areas, comfy bedding, great lounge area... would have loved to stayed longer. Plush bedding and pillows were perfect as was the overall decor. Breakfast price is reasonable and if we would like to have full english breakfast, we can ask anything.
Locaton is good for shopping, dinning, and close to V&A musium.
Toward Knightsbrigde, we can walk through Wolton street which is interesting.
