  Exceptionally polite and friendly service - upgraded to a suite for our anniversary at no extra cost, and given complimentary wine. Brilliant hotel in every way. - I got a great deal for a Sunday night stay. Very good hotel, great central location 2 mins walk from the tube. Don't forget to turn left out of the tube. *****

Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was lovely, fresh, clean, quiet at night and well catered for, food was good and we were very impressed.
