  The staff was very helpful and warm , enjoyed our 5 day stay.   The staff made sure we had a nice stay. Rooms were comfortable. It is close to knightsbridge - great if you want to shop from harrods and other shops such as prada and zara - The staff was the kindest I've ever experienced and very helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect and the hotel itself was very nice and clean.

  Me and my husband came for valentine day and had a wonderful time at the hotel.We really enjoyed the use of the pool and jacuzzi.The room was very comfortable even though we had a likage in the bathroom,the staff dealt with very professionally. - The staff were extreamly hospitable and friendly, I would definatly staythere again!

  The staff were plentiful and so accommodating. The girls at the front desk helped me with directions and theatre ideas and warm conversation. I never felt like I was traveling alone.   the staff were friendly. we got upgraded for free when we arrived which was a nice surprise. the room was clean and the king size bed was amazing. the breakfast was also very nice. good location. - Very friendly staff at front desk who upgraded our room when he heard it was our 1st wedding anniversary.

I would happily stay here again at twice the price! - Enjoyed staying here and would do so again! Very modern and the staff exceptionally friendly! Always willing to help and make our stay comfortable! The concierge had amazing suggestions for restaurants and walks - we followed his ideas and had a wonderful time. Would love to come and back and definitely would stay at this hotel!
