I've just returned from a 3 day trip to London with my mum and we absolutely loved our stay at London Bridge Hotel. The location is fantastic, just round the corner from the tube station and Borough Market. Our room was comfortable and welcoming and very quiet even on a Saturday night. - Room was comfortable. We had a fantastic week in St. Cristopher Village.
The hostel is in a very central position and it's very simple to move, furthermore the area is not completely dead at night, as it seems for the most of the City, and if your on holiday that matters.
We found out that the hostel was surprisingly clean, even though it's completely administered by
... vad folk säger » people with less than 30-35 years. We read about dirty everywhere, noise allnight long and rooms with not enough space to move, but we found none of -
Helpful and friendly staff, clean room, very simple but good breakfast,
great atmosphere. 15 minutes on foot from Big Ben, Tower Bridge and The
Tower (however, we walk quite fast so it can take app. 20-25 min.).
Underground station "London Bridge" 3 minutes from the
hostel. Free internet access (well-working). £35 for one person for two
nights in the last weekend of April in London is in my opinion really
good price.

We stayed on three occasions for a total of eleven nights during June
& July 2013.
The hotel is situated in a "business area" with the popular Borough Market nearby. It is within walking distance of the underground and many of London's tourist attractions. We always felt safe walking in the area.

ever slept in, much better than the 5 star knightsbridge hotel we stayed
in earlier in year! Great breakfast in the Anchor pub next door.
Breakfast room upstairs with river & terrace views . Lots to do in
area, took the river boat down to the Eye (you can also walk this in 15-
20mins) then 10 mins on foot to Horseguards parade and onto Trafalgar
Square.

Very convenient location for South Bank venues. Convenient to access from Kent where we live. Good to have a car park connected with the hotel. Fräschaste hotellet jag nånsin bott på i london nytt o mkt modernt bra service och jättefina rum kändes som god standard hemma. Stämmer det var en pärla ! Vi ville bo lite bättre än tidigare resor. - rent, fräscht och rymlig svit för två vuxna och två äldre barn.

The staff at the front desk were all cheerful, booked our taxis flawlessly, and provided an electrical adapter for only a deposit. The room was clean and the towels large and plush. The A/C worked fine and kept us quite cool. Bermondsey Square, just one block south, has a lovely courtyard with two nice restaurants (we tried and enjoyed both), a cinema/bar, and a small grocery (which we also found handy on several occasions during our 6 night stay). It is an elegant hotel in a quiet but very nice district. It is very close to London Bridge, Tate Modern, Borough Market, Shakespeare globe. Extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay! Very quick check in with lovely staff who helped us to find bus routes.
The room we stayed in was amazing - everything from the layout to the comfy bed and huge shower made our stay so fun. We also had a great view onto the courtyard where the sun came in, and were able to see the park.
We were able to leave bags for the day. Tower Bridge was just down the road! Short bus journey to Waterloo/Southbank areas too.

The rooms were lovely and clean and have everything we needed and we all got a great nights sleep. The staff were really helpful and it was great to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in time and after. Breakfast was really good too and set us up for our days sight seeing. All in all a lovely, clean, bright and friendly hotel, where the staff were always genuinely happy to help. was also useful to have a Tesco Express right next door.
