  The staff are excellent, friendly, courteous and treat you as individuals. Very clean with very high standards of service, food, decor and furnishings.   Have just returned home after spendig one night in the Crowne Plaza, Chester. This hotel is in an excellent location quite near the main street with shops, bars etc. Also it is beside the bus station which allows you to easily get to Cheshire Oaks outlet park and Chester Zoo. The deal for hb 1st night is anexcellent idea and one I would use again. The room was well furnishedand a decent size. The dinner was well presented and very enjoyable andwho can resist a cooked breakfast.We would certainly recommend CrownePlaza'S. All the staff were helpful, polite and friendly.

  everyting was firs class from checking in tochecking out. The staff look after us very polite and made sure our stay was comfortable . The food was excellant ,dinner in the evening was a varied choice menu and was presented well and tasty, breakfast was good with a varied choice and buffet style excellant.   The young male receptionist was the best receptionist I have ever met. He was friendly, helpful delightful to talk too.We arrived exhausted after an eventful day he was the most calming accommodating chap, nothing was too much effort for him.The room was excellent the bottled water and shortcake biscuits went down a treat. The breakfast was lovely ... vad folk säger » served by two people who were so good at their job - We booked a midweek spa break and it was excellent - the room was huge and well appointed, we were spoilt for choice both breakfast and dinner and the food was cooked to perfection, the service couldn't be faulted and the spa treatments much appreciated. We would definately consider a return visit, but for more than one night next time....
