The Hotel is in a very central location, close to the station, whish was very important for us as we did not hire a car. - I was in a brand new room, so it was very clean and in good condition. Location to underground station (Gloucester Road) is excellent.

We were allowed to check in early which after travelling fo several hours was very convenient. The happy hour was a nice touch too. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return. - I liked everythng about the hotel, as reflected in the tick box above,but mainly the location as the purpose of my visit was a concert at theRoyal Albert Hall

This is a quality hotel in a good area. The staff are very professional and the Concierge team (particularly Head Concierge, Rafiq) very helpful. I have stayed 5 - 6 times over the past 9 months and have been in different double rooms each time and all are clean and attractively designed and with adequate space. Overall a very positive experience. Large spacious rooms, modern but very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Super location close to Tube Station, Chelsea / Kensington. Would definetly recommend. - Room was a good size, bathroom excellent. Everything very clean. Staff were friendly, helpful (they let us check in early at 09:30).

On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room key / card was a little tricky at first to use but after some visual instruction from the hotel staff found it ok to use, (just need to get the card in the correct position for the scanner

I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets. I was also amazed at the size of the room; being a frequent traveler, I do not expect space in a London hotel room, but this hotel was very spacious and well appointed, which was lovely for our family of 4 sharing a family room. Helgen var underbar. Personalen var så trevlig! Rum 21 var en upplevelse.... jag bor gärna i det rummet igen ;) - The Shaftesbury Kensington var ett mycket trevligt hotell. Hotellet har ett bra läge på en lugn bakgata och det är bara 150 meter till tunnelbanestationen Earl's Court (4 stopp till centrum och man slipper till Heathrow på samma linje).
