Very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom had bath and a show. The bed was extreamly comfortable. Wonderful large flat screen tv with plenty of channels. very close to my office so location excellent for me and only 2 mins walk from the tube so great for getting around London. I will be stopping again when next in office

  As returning customers , we knew the standard of service and accomodation would be excellent . The Westland is far enough away from the very centre of town but within easy reach of all main stream attractions .   The staff were friendly and helpful Particularly Daniella. We were in difficulties due to cancellation of our cruise and she gave us every assistance to reorganise our itinerary and gave us information on local transport and activities. Hop on Hop off bus at the Train station. Plenty of pubs and restaurants to eat. We had the Studio room at the very top of the building. Small but comfy. Breakfast items are restocked each day. eg,. Cereal, pastrys, fruit, juice, cheese, bread, milk, coffee, selection of teas, biscuits. Free wifi. There is a computer if you need to print something off. It is in the main office. Toiletries supplied and replenished daily.Staf

  Location! It is located at just 5 minute-walk from victoria station ....so very handy if you do not have enough time. Located in Belgravia, it is just the perfect place to explore Chelsea and Kensington...if you fancy walking there is no need to travel by tube. I travelled with my wife and an 11-month old baby son and staff was really nice and hel... vad folk säger » pful. They provided us a confortable baby cot and helped us with baby food. Breakfast is really excellent! Plus when you come back from visiting Lond - good location near to Victoria. small hotel but has all the amenities needed. really friendly and helpful staff. breakfast certainly different experience, sitting in the cooking area. no tea or coffee in rooms but free hot drinks and bottled water in reception.
