  We got the 1-bedroom apartment. -Very clean and modern (touch screen console controlling room temperature and lighting. Manuals of kitchen appliances can also be accessed from this console. TV already connected to Wifi). -Well-equipped kitchen (Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Convection Microwave, Nespresso coffee maker) -Welcome pack (Fruits, coffee ... vad folk säger » and tea, dishwasher tablets, soap & shampoo) -Good location (Direct buses to Piccadilly Circus and Oxford St., Chancery Lane tube station (Central - Friendly & accommodating staff. Always on hand to help. I was very grateful as I arrived on an early flight (20+ hours) and they arranged a room for me prior to normal check in and also did the same for a late checkout. I loved the Rosebery so much I extended my stay from 1 week to 2 weeks. Close to tube and buses right on your doorstep. Good supermarkets and felt safe at night - lovely neighbourhood - close enough to all the main attractions, but not so busy. Special mention to John (

  Absolutely everything about our stay was amazing. From the lovely and accommodating concierge (Daniel) to the amazing view of the shard from the penthouse terrace. This apartment defintely had the wow factor for my partners 30th Birthday. Everything was sleek and modern yet still very comfortable.   The whole package, location, staff, food was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. STK restaurant is fantastic with the best steak I have ever tasted. Lovely touches in the room with nightly bed turndown with choccies, mood lighting and a fully loaded minibar! The Radio Bar is a great sight with lovely staff and fab food again.   Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room. Afternoon Tea, delicious, was my bithday, they played happy birthday and bought a cake with candle, you can have as much as you want...service amazing. Dinner at Kaspers, very busy, Seated at a table with everyone coming back and forth on either side, not good, asked to be moved to the bar, done with no fuss, lovely dinner and wine. Used

The staff were very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend the breakfast (main reason we always book a Premier Inn :) ), we also had dinner on the first night which was very good value for money! Will definitely come back here to stay next time we are in London which hopefully won't be too long away as we never got the chance to see everything we wanted!

  Everything, it was ecxellent esp view from my room. The staff where very friendly and helpful with everything we required. - The hotel staff were extremely helpful. One member of the reception staff in particular (male - did not catch his name) was very helpful and very welcoming.
