  Kanley was so kind and welcoming. We had a deluxe room and the bed was enormous. Breakfasts were a treat, enjoyed sitting round large table chatting with other guests, much nicer than small tables.Wi fi was free and good signal. - Helpful, friendly staff, great location, clean & comfortable room with wifi & HDMI tv.

  The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful on our arrival and allowed us to check in 3 hours early and parked the car for us. We had just arrived from a business night in the Intercontinental Park Lane and taking away the fancy veneer in the room the City Inn was every bit as good (if not better). - Liked the fact that all the little extras ... vad folk säger » were in the room and included in price (apart from prices for the mini bar) ie: free internet access, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, bath robes, mini bar, basket of goodies. There is also a fantastic cocktail bar and restaurant on site and amazing views. - City inn was absolutely brilliant. Clean and spacious,the room even had a Thames view. There was a computer in the room and broadband was free. I wish I had known about the complimentary tea/coffee/cakes which were out of view in a cupbord in the room and I only found out later when booking out.

The location in relation to the tube and London / Tower bridges was excellent. - The location was very good. The staff was friendly. The house was ok but nothing compared to apartments of Bridgestreet which are in the same price range.

The breakfast, which cost £5, was superb. Recommended - Excellent and friendly reception staff and a very clean modern room.   A really superb location, decent but cheap breakfast, really clean and appears well managed. I would definitely recommend it to others if you are not hoping for anything too fancy. Just 10 minutes walking from Londen Bridge station and less than 5 minutes walking to the famous Tower bridge. Grocery store just around the corner.   Wow! Such a friendly group of staff. The staff couldn't have tried any harder - they genuinely were a friendly and helpful bunch - Premier Inn should be very proud of them. Well done! The breakfast was wonderful, and again, the staff in the restaurant were fantasti - We had a family room for 4 and were kind of packed into the room but it worked fine - after all, we were out seeing London except when we were sleeping! Our favorite thing was the breakfasts served in the dining room each morning and the fact that they were free for our two teenagers (free for 16 and under). Eggs made to order, amazing sausages, beans, sautéed mushrooms, etc... the yogurt they served was organic. Compared to the kind of breakfast you'd get at a budget hotel in the U.S. - this w
