The room is large and clean and hotel's staff presents a extremely warmth treatment during all the time we've spent there.   Fräschaste hotellet jag nånsin bott på i london nytt o mkt modernt bra service och jättefina rum kändes som god standard hemma. Stämmer det var en pärla ! Vi ville bo lite bättre än tidigare resor. - rent, fräscht och rymlig svit för två vuxna och två äldre barn.

  Warm and welcoming. Food excellent except for one entree and lack of chef for breakfast early one morning but choices were great. Fantastic location especially for original tour bus and St Pauls and Waterloo station although directions from station could have been clearer or more precise it took us three attempts. My partner has MS and the manager went out of his way to make sure all was ok for us. He was just very kind and helpful. The man on reception when we checked in was excellent too.
