  The design of the hotel was out of this world. Stunning. Beautiful. Airy. So homely. The staff were so friendly, ever so efficient, above and beyond. It was natural too, not false.   We were very impressed with the facilities. Quite often although a hotel claims to have a gym and pool they rarely offer the sort of quality found at this Novotel.   The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It was open plan with two double beds but had 2 ensuite showers which was a definite bonus. Most of the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay which we very much appreciated.   Friendly and helpful staff checked us in early to accommodate for our jet lagged one year old. Before they could let us into our room, they kept our bags for us, so we could get acquainted with our surroundings.   I've just returned from a 3 day trip to London with my mum and we absolutely loved our stay at London Bridge Hotel. The location is fantastic, just round the corner from the tube station and Borough Market. Our room was comfortable and welcoming and very quiet even on a Saturday night. - Room was comfortable.
