  The facilities and location were great, especially for the price. Even though we weren't that close to the main attractions, buses were right out the front door for wherever we wanted to go and the airport bus was close, as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was great for a very reasonable price. But the best part of the stay ... vad folk säger » was the very friendly, black resident cat. He greeted us most days out the back and was very pleased to get some good pats, just not keen on being pic - The staff were very friendly and nothing was a bother for them. David was our first point of contact and Colin (the older one...lol) was fantastic with my grand-daughter. Meals were excellent, there was a wide variety of drinks. The security locks in the corridors made us feel extra safe and the room we were in was very comfortable with a very spacious bathroom. Overall I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about this experience. Will Definitely be back. Thank you.

  Personligt - Our host, Sohale (not sure how to spell his name) was outstanding. Very nice, He was happy to make phone calls for us to gather info we needed. He is from Edinburgh and was very informative regarding the area and attractions.   Den personliga och utmärkta servicen och den enastående frukosten! - The location for Edinburgh city centre was perfect, the bus stop wasright outside the hotel and took 5 minutes at the most to get you intothe centre, much quicker than by car. The owners were exceptionallyhelpful in all aspects including booking a taxi to our restaurant. Theroom w... vad folk säger » as a lovely size and decor and it was all very clean. We wouldhighly recommend this as a place to stay. - The proprietress was absolutely charming. She went beyond expectations for helping us w airline details, reservations, information, etc. She happily got up very early to provide a lovely continental breakfast for 2 of us w early flights. The tea and full breakfast were sumptious and delicious. Rooms smallish but well appointed. General decor, landscaping, etc were lovely!
