Apartment was great, really clean, great location & Stuart couldn't have been more helpful. Really nice & modern, two enormous twin beds, a beautiful master en-suite bedroom and a comfortable bunk bed room. Stuart was also very good in allowing us to check in early and check out later as well as recommending some nice cafes in the area for lunch. Very central to city centre, couldn't recommend it highly enough!

There is NO better place to stay. The staff is simply wonderful... Especially Harvey! This is the most ideal location.. You are by everything! It made my hop on hop off tour kind of pointless because of the fact you are that close to everything...and the flats were fantastic!! The one on Blair st is updated and a bit modern while the ones on High

1) Location for sight-seeing.
2) Facilities included kitchen and washing machine in apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped for its purpose as a travel accommodation.
3) Separate bedroom, so if you travel with someone whose sleep schedule is different than yours, they will not have to wake you up.
I don't know how much the company will accommodate your request, such as for a quiet apartment, but they supposedly do have different properties under their management, so it's worthwhile to ask.

phone call away. Well located in new town with lots of restaraunts,
shopping, and parks close by. Less than a ten minute walk to the Royal
mile and castle.

We stayed at Simpson loan 24/7! Fantastic apartment! We loved it so much, that we booked with VIP apartments for our next stay again! Marc is the best, he really takes care of the guests. The apartment space was luxurious, comfortable, very well thought out and utilised - with modern open-plan living in mind, balcony with fold back door to seamlessly bring the outside space in, serviced to a high standard daily; friendly and very helpful staff.
