  I'm on gluten free diet - had no problems whatsoever. The chef even amended the Valentine's Day menu in the Grill Room. All the staff were exceptionally helpful. The rooftop hyropool was wonderful. - The upgrade to our room was very comfortable and appreciated. The staff were all very helpfull and friendly.

  Central hotel, very comtemporary and the room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant staff were particularly professional and helpful. The bar food was good also.   This hotel is like my view of an old hotel should be steeped in history and splendour. It was a pleasure the rooms are not modern although they do have the touches like the plasma tv and modern bathroom. Overall I would not change anything about the hotel it was perfect.   Welcome breakfast basket, heated mirror in bath, heated towel racks inbath, good location near everything, extremely helpful staff, very cleanand comfortable, nice decor - Staff was friendly, well organized. Rooms were well stocked, location to Tatoo/castle was fantastic.

  Had the most amazing time. 9 of us stopped in the apartments. Anne, the owner couldn't have been nicer or helped us any more. The Apartments were ideal for our girly weekend away. Everything we needed was available. Thank you so much for an excellent weekend. - Lots of space for the whole family right next to the main tourist sites.   We stayed for a long weekend as a group of friends. The lakeside house was very easy to find, the location was ideal for our purpose and the house was fantastic everything we needed was provided! Many thanks!! - Location, cleverly designed studio apartment, good shops nearby and very convenient for Festival events. Oh, and a PROPER hairdryer.

  Good location for MOMA Edinburgh (great food at the cafe there); quick drive; walkable; on major bus routes; also for other town attractions. Murrayfield Stadium very close by. Convenient close parking; off peak free/peak hours (07.30-09.30 & 16.00-18.00) meter @ £1 per hour. There is a disabled driver spot. Dog friendly, clean and comfortable accomo - The location of the apartments was excellent, five minutes to the town centre. Tesco express at the top of the street, take always and two local bars within two minutes walk from the apartments. The beds must be the most comfortable beds our group have slept in. Spotless and comfortable really impressed and would recommend these apartments to anyone wanting to stay in Edinburgh.
