  My girlfriends and i had an amazing stay. The men collected our bags. All the staff were lovely. The rooms were beautiful and it was peaceful for its location. The breakfast was well worth having.   The design/decor of room and common areas, comfy bedding, great lounge area... would have loved to stayed longer. Plush bedding and pillows were perfect as was the overall decor. Room on 5th floor was also very bright and quiet. This is an intimate hotel, away from the madding crowds and located in a lovely neighborhood which doesn't seem overrun ... vad folk säger » by tourists even though it is short walk from the V&A and Hyde Park etc. - staffs are well trained and exellent service. specially concierge is very helpful and kind, also reception is sincere and friendly. Breakfast price is reasonable and if we would like to have full english breakfast, we can ask anything. Locaton is good for shopping, dinning, and close to V&A musium. Toward Knightsbrigde, we can walk through Wolton street which is interesting.

  I like the artsy, contemporary feel of the whole hotel - it feels like an understated and less visually disoriented W Hotel full of wonder, fun and craftiness.   We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us.   the staff were friendly. we got upgraded for free when we arrived which was a nice surprise. the room was clean and the king size bed was amazing. the breakfast was also very nice. good location. - Very friendly staff at front desk who upgraded our room when he heard it was our 1st wedding anniversary.

  We stayed in an executive studio and couldn't be more satisfied! The staff were really nice and friendly, the studio was spacious, clean and had everything you could possibly ask for. And the location makes it even better - 3 minutes walk to both buses and underground (Notting Hill Gate) which takes you to Oxford street in 10 minutes. Very friendly staff, especially dear Manu Mohan :) hotel is only 200 steps away from Notting Hill gate tube station. Very close to Tesco, Boots and some more cafes.
